  • What you need to know
    The process

    1. Ensure that you have filled out the Online Support Resquest form. This is the RED TAB on the left hand side of the webpage. This is to ensure that information is collected will help in the fault finding process.
    2. Include any power adaptars / power supplies used with console / unit.
    3. Weigh Bars - remove any panels, grates before sending or dropping off.
    4. Inital and Return freight cost is your resposnsiblity unless otherwise agreed. We highly recommend that you pay insurance on these items.

    We have a number of dropoff locations in the Central and Far West of NSW as well as delivery to the workshop can be made directly.
